British Wool

We stock a range of British Wool yarns.

Our range includes wool from small producers such as Cambrian Wool - a small producer based in the Welsh Cambrian Mountains who source wool from local Welsh Mule Sheep; WoollyChic 4-ply - a British Bluefaced Leicester/Tencel(TM) all-natural sock yarn; larger, more well known producers such as Baa Ram Ewe; and hand-dyers such as Riverknits and Cat and Sparrow who are passionate about using British Wool.

We are particularly proud to have our own range of "Emborough Aran" yarn which is an alpaca/wool blend sourced from a local farm and dyed in small batches by local dyers.

All these yarns contain British Wool and are spun here in the UK.
